All accounting payments are processed through Practice Ignition Software. Upon signing our proposal, you will enter your payment information and future payments will be processed based on the agreed upon billing schedule. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
Yes. We are a licensed CPA firm with professional liability insurance.
We currently only work with Xero. We feel this is the best accounting software solution for our clients. We will not work with any other accounting software.
We use Hubdoc to retrieve bank statements and utility bills. You will upload your receipts and invoices to Hubdoc or Xero Expenses using mobile or web platforms. We will create a customer portal to securely upload any confidential information and create a shared file and manage all important documents.
No, we currently only work with incorporated businesses as this is our area of expertise. With that said, we work with a lot of sole proprietors during their first year after incorporating and can provide you with guidance when making initial business decisions.
